Lolasana is a BAD ASS pose great for learning press-ups and developing core strength. In order to bear all of the body’s weight through the hands and wrists at an acute angle, this pose requires (and offers) strength in the forearms. Those with long arms (like me) have a natural advantage, while those with short arms and long torsos may find this pose more difficult.
