Clamping cylinders Hasco’s double-acting block hydraulic clamping cylinders are used to move core pullers, slides and small plates in injection molds. They can withstand temperatures up to 302 degrees Fahrenheit.

What’s new? The Z23500, Z23501 and Z23502 models, which come in several sizes and are distinguished from each other by the different ways in which they are mounted. They join the company’s line of Z2350 cylinders.

Benefits More options for using hydraulic clamping cylinders in injection molds. The new cylinders give mold makers flexibility in where they can position and attach the cylinders. They feature mechanical limitation of the stroke for improved safety, and because they generate force on both sides, they reliably move core pullers and slides backwards and forwards. Additionally, replacement internal seals for the cylinders are quickly available from stock.
