Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) fellows are provided with a full-time, paid summer internship from June to August coupled with an immersive experience with 4A’s Foundation partners, MAIP Coaches, and alumni. The goal is to provide fellows with the space and opportunity to build the foundation for their budding careers through professional development opportunities at the onset of their careers.

Eligibility

• Have an interest in advertising/comms/marketing
• Identify as a person of color
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Be a current college junior/senior, graduate student, or portfolio school student
• Be available for the full duration of the fellowship period (June – August 2023)
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0

• Resume
• Responses to 2 short essay questions
• Video response
• 1 letter of recommendation (signed PDF preferred)
• Portfolio of work for creative applicants
• Current unofficial school transcript or degree audit report
• Proof of U.S. residency (if applicable)
