"Pat was an amazing guide, relaxed, warm, attentive, giving and friendly - with great English ; her knowledge was incredible and the tour could not have been better. It exceeded my expectations and I gained so much from the day both in terms of learning about the historical sights of Bangkok and spiritually. Pat thought of everything and I could see she was a very experienced guide. The driver was great too - very professional, patient and flexible as we took longer in most places. Car very nice and supplies / refreshments much appreciated. I would recommend your service to everyone and will be back. Thankyou "

"On your booking platform, it will be good if you can design to the option to click on the various class available for the tour with a click of the button. I notice when I click on other higher class besides the standard class it will goes to a standard page that give you the information on the different class, but cannot book. Overall, the tour is satisfactory. Tour guide information given to tourist above average. Some tour details not covered. Grand palace temple has many nice paintings that tell stories. It will be good to cover that area as well. The sculptures, the architecture style etc. Maybe because it’s standard class. But if you can up the level in this area, you will stand out from the rest. Driver is on time, I don’t have to wait. Keep up the good work. A suggestion on fetching your customers for tours at hotel lobby. If you ask your driver to hold a name plate with your company name and guest name will be even better. Then customer will be able to locate your driver easily. "

"I was extremely happy with my choice with going with Oriental Escape. The booking was easy. Jane who is beyond awesome was lovely to be with. She knew a lot of Bangkok history. She made our tour so much fun. If I come back to Bangkok I will be looking to another tour and will be requesting Jane. She made our trip so memorable. We felt very safe. Oriental escape prices are reasonable and you get personal tour guide. Look no where else’s. This is the place to book "

"Awesome tour that was informative, relaxed, friendly and great fun. This was mainly down to the fact that Rabbit (our tour guide) was very knowledgable, spoke excellent English, took his time and was a really nice guy. He really did make our tour an unforgettable experience. Thanks for some great memories. Hope to see you again some time when we’re back in Bangkok!"

In the area of the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew is a flat road, but if you need to go inside to worship to the Emerald Buddha in the church. There will be climbing stairs, but not much.
