Data Center 'Gak' is the largest portal site in Korea and the space to store a vast amount of digital data of NAVER and the Internet history of Korea. The name 'Gak' was derived from the institution which has kept the important information of Korea. The signage systems with over 100 kinds of 'Gak' in the data center adopted its motif from the unique form of wooden bars of “Jang Jyung Gak” − the UNESCO World Heritage − and the scientific structure enabling the perfect preservation with natural light and ventilation over 700 years, and completed to visualize the information storage system and the scale of the vast information.
