Super location, aging hotel

The hotel is a few steps from the main avenue of Sao Paulo, a shopping center and numerous restaurants. On the other hand, the hotel is really of another age, in full return on investment. From the room, to the lift, the gym and the restaurant, everything is old fashion. Fortunately, the staff is friendly but insufficient when there are many people checking in or out... I will not be back

Old and dangerous windows

The hotel was old and worn down. The most preoccupying feature were the incredibly dangerous windows in the bathroom. A tragedy waiting to happen. Please fix the safety asap.

The hotel is just a few block to the shopping mall. Easy to find restaurants and variety types of foods available surround that area. Overall experience is not bad

Old, lack of maintenamce, careless and dirty.

The hotel overall is old, with peeling wallpaper, broken things and dirt in the room. After asking they cleaned a bit better, but far from good. I had to ask 4 times so the hair conditioner would be replaced, they forgot the door of my room open. The sauna and jacusi was under maintenace and could not be used for most of my stay. Breakfast was OK.
