• Nicole Scherzinger certainly has some serious dance moves!
  • In her latest Instagram video, the 43-year-old singer and actress twerked her heart out after getting a shoutout from none other than Megan Thee Stallion herself. Naturally, I couldn't stop marveling at her abs—and epic core strength.
  • To stay as fit as she is, Nicole makes sure to work out on the regular—cycling through cardio, strength training, and yoga.

Nicole Scherzinger has some amazing dance moves. (No surprise there: She was in the Pussycat Dolls!) And she's previously showed them off on her IG, including TikTok dances and a fitness-inspired dance challenge. And in her latest Instagram video, she showed off her superb twerking skills after getting a shout-out from none other than Megan The Stallion herself.

"❤️ you @theestallion," she captioned the video.

The post starts with a clip of Megan Thee Stallion listening to "Pony (Jump On It)" by Tough Love featuring Ginuwine. In the video, Megan calls out Nicole, saying to the camera, "Nicole, CALL ME!"

Nicole took that literally. So in the next clip, she showed her fans how much she wanted Megan to give her a ring.

"If you're not Megan, keep scrolling," she says in the video before busting out her moves to Megan's song "Thot Sh*t". Nicole gets down on the floor and twerks, at one point using just one arm to hold her up (talk about core strength!) And she also added the caption, "Letsgoooo ❤️".

Obviously, Nicole gets her cardio on by dancing. But running is also one of her go-tos: “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she previously told Women's Health UK.

But that's not all she does. In a recent post on IG, Nicole got her heart rate up doing some battle rope work.

She's also a devoted yogi: I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in L.A.,” she said.

As for her diet, Nicole shared everything she eats in a day with People, saying, “I don’t deprive myself of anything. I have everything in moderation.”

Breakfast is usually a cold-pressed green juice with Greek yogurt, agave, granola, a banana, brown rice, and hot Japanese tea. Lunch is typically three slices of smoked turkey breast, two slices of Lite Baby Swiss cheese, half an avocado, and a small salad of mixed romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and balsamic reduction. Throughout the day she snacks on pineapple and blueberries. And dinner is gluten-free pasta with sauce and Parmesan, followed by dessert—which is two chocolate truffles.

YUM!
