I was leary at first about buying a phone case from a Facebook ad. I had bought one from another company that was very disappointing. But after reading so many positive reviews about Gocase, I decided to give it a shot.

Delivery time was a bit longer than originally expected, but worth the wait! Not only is my case beautiful, but the quality seems pretty solid and I feel confident that it will protect my phone! Well done!

Great customer service! Very good prompt responses from GoCase. I ordered three cases two for myself because of their buy two get two free gifts but I only got a pop socket and some grey little squiggly thing not even sure what it’s for. I am still waiting for my third case that I customized with a picture for my mom for Mother’s Day but it’s not arrived yet.

I buy some to give us a gift and everyone always said to me how much they love their cases. They have tons of cases that can match everyone's personality, and they are very durable.
I bought some for myself as well and people always stop me to ask where did I get my case. Without thinking twice I will keep buying cases from this website.

Amazing selection of not only designs but Phone case types as well! So used to being stuck with plain phone cases for off brand of Samsung and the prettier cases are only for "real" Samsung and iPhone devices. And not only affordable but BTS too? SOLD!! These cases are gorgeous, fit like a glove, and very nice quality.

Well I would have gave 5 star because the cases I got was in excellent shape and printed nice but I was supposed to got a gift with the purchase I got and didn't. So other than that the cases was very awesomeness

I recently made a purchase after seeing so many ads on Facebook and I’m super impressed with the quality and especially the customer service. I reached to get my design change before they start my order and the person helping me, Kaell was amazing. There was a bit of hiccup when they make the case with the wrong materials but Kaell make it right by replacing the case right away without any hustle. Totally went above and beyond! Would totally recommend

I have ordered 3 different times with Gocase. Once for myself and twice as gifts for friends. Every one of my orders were spot on!! Perfect! My friends love them and i do as well!! Mail time was also great. This company has made my phone very happy, thank you so much!!

It's been over 10 days since my tracking has updated and over 14 days since the expected delivery date. I'm convinced this company is a scam. Every time I email for an update, I receive the same message of "delays happen" without any information.

I truly do enjoy using GoCase, they have great cases. I did have an idea to make them even more great. They have the 2 kinds of cases, and 2 forms of protection for the phones. I was thinking if they added a 3rd kind of case more people would be more inclined to buy. I am hard on my phones, so I need a case that protects it. I use GoCase for my at home use but while I'm at work I need a case that has military grade protection. I have a case that clicks together, and if GoCase offered the front and back protection for a full 360 all over protection I bet the customers would use them as one stop shop for all their cell phone needs.

I’ve loved every case I’ve gotten, I recently bought my husband and I each a case with our favorite wedding picture on it. It’s hard to find things with my name on it so I love being able to personalize a case

I'm very happy with our phone cases we designed ourselves for our new phones, especially my mum's phone case as it's pictures of my granda with me that recently passed away and it turned out fantastic. I ordered 3 cases for my wife for her birthday, they arrived after her birthday but thats ok that was no fault of anyone else it was me procrastinating. When they arrived she opened them and was very happy and put one on her phone, I'm very happy with the product and would definitely order again and recommend them to others

Horrible quality, for $50 you can buy 5 phone cases from Amazon that are better which is what I just had to do. I ordered a Friends Case and a Floral Case the quality is not great the images look so cheap. The Friends case looks like they copied and pasted the image from the internet as there is writing on it and a weird double peephole in the middle. What makes the fact that they don't give refunds even worse is their customer service. The customer service rep was using wink emojis and broken heart emojis in their response to me. Talk about another way to upset someone that's already upset. Definitely will not be recommending this product to anyone.

I came across an ad for Gocase on Facebook & decided to see what they had to offer. There were TONS of options, and I didn't even look at them all before I chose 3 cases for my first order! The whole process of searching for cases, customizing them to my taste, ordering and delivery was easy and all pertinent info was upfront, so no guesswork on my end. The emails received from time of purchase to updates on shipping & delivery were helpful & I was never reaching out to them for info. The delivery was totally in sync with what they had told me, and they arrived individually packaged inside the main mailer, with zero damage whatsoever. The quality of the cases is phenomenal, and the artwork is
exactly as pictured. The attention to detail is spot-on and the colors are vivid. I can assure you, you'll find a case (or more) to suit your taste!! They fit my phone perfectly, and I'm definitely ordering more! I highly recommend Gocase for affordable, quality phone cases! I wish they sold screen protectors, but maybe they will in the future? 😉

Great customer service. The communication was excellent. I was updated on the process from order and custom made case. To when it was being shipped. The cases are beautiful. My daughter is a big fan of Harry Potter. The details is amazing.
