Lionel Messi's father and agent, Jorge Messi, travelled to Barcelona on Wednesday night after the unsuccessful meeting with PSG: for the time being, and according to L'Equipe, his link with the Parisian side is still up in the air.
The differences around the salary were reportedly one of the hottest points of the summit that took place in Paris. From the club, they want a salary reduction to unburden the condition of financial fair-play, something that could cause a total rupture of the negotiations and leave in the air the immediate future of the player.
As if that wasn't enough, the same French newspaper also reports that the player has not extended his lease on his mansion in Paris: just like his contract with the club, it expires next June.
When asked by journalists on his arrival in Barcelona about the meeting with PSG and the player's future, Jorge Messi did not comment and avoided giving any clues about the star's final decision.
