    Pilates Mat

    A mat class utilizing body weight resistance and small props to dramatically improve core strength, posture, and movement quality. This challenging, low-impact class moves at a deliberate pace and is the perfect complement to faster moving classes such as Barre and Pilates Fusion.

  • Pilates Fusion is a Pilates Mat instructor using TRX in Pilates Fusion class with standing work, TRX, Barre, Pilates stick and bouts of cardio.

    Pilates Fusion

    Precision meets power in this Pilates-centric class featuring equal parts standing and mat work. Utilizing light equipment such as the TRX suspension training system, the Pilates Stick, and the Magic Circle, this class will challenge you to use your core in dynamic sequences.

  • Small Group Reformer at Pilates Heights in Brooklyn

    Small Group Reformer

    Training on the Pilates Reformer is a game-changer. With its spring-based system of resistance, moving platform, hand and foot loops, and the ever-reliable foot bar, there isn’t anything you can’t do on this magical piece of equipment. Pairs perfectly with body resistance-based workouts like Pilates Mat and Barre.

    Private & Semi-Private Lessons

    A 55-minute 1:1 or 2:1 private training session utilizing the Pilates equipment (Reformer and Chair), and incorporating additional modalities such as mat work, barre, and functional training.
