Illustrated with full-page black & white reproductions, head-pieces. Text in Latin and English. Very good indeed. Previous ownership signature to preliminary blank. Somewhat musty. Crease to front pastedown; ribbon markers moderately frayed at ends. Fresh, secure binding. Text otherwise clean and bright. Rather a nice copy overall.
Perhaps the most complete and best hand-missal produced before the Second Vatican Council. This edition includes, among copious and helpful other features, the pre-1955 Holy Week, along with a Supplement, 'The Restored Paschal Vigil', which can be followed for the new Holy Week. Uncommon.
