The Iceblood Duet #1

The Frost Queen's Blade

Rate this book
A reluctant queen. A deadly assassin. A deal bound in blood.

Conspiracy lurks in the realm of Rothen. No one knows this better than Elma Volta, soon to be queen of the frozen kingdom. But as she awaits her coronation, Elma narrowly escapes death at the hands of an enemy assassin. Realizing she has few choices and even fewer allies, Elma offers the assassin a deal: if he can keep her alive until she takes her rightful place on the throne, she will bring peace to their warring lands.

An uneasy alliance forms between Elma and the sharp-tongued assassin. But what started as mutual hatred and resentment, soon begins to evolve into something else entirely. Something aching, desperate, and blazing hot.

If I’m comparing this to other romantasy books, it’s better than fourth wing. Not as good as Forest of dreams and whispers. But at least better than fourth wing. The line level writing is good, there’s no anachronisms, no weird descriptions that leave me scratching my head, and the sex scenes were well written (this is super subjective and everyone who follows me here knows how picky I am about sex scenes, so take that with a grain of salt. My “well written” might be not your cup of tea).

It’s just under done. Needed a couple more drafts to flesh out the fantasy part of the romantasy. Our MC is sort of an empty shell with blood lust (literal, as in the sexual kind, not the violence kind). I really wanted more from her. Were doing some unique concepts here and I wanted more than surface level. But not fleshing out the world and the side characters and the stakes made the reading experience collapse under the weight of basic questions. Again, a couple more drafts and I think I could’ve loved this. But if you don’t need strong worldbuilding and character building in order to enjoy, it’s a unique enough romantasy that you might have a good time.

I wasn’t planning on reading this but then I heard the author named a character after someone who left her a two star review

Two stars. Line level writing is fine! It’s just lacking any sense of character motivation or plot. Smitherman definitely understands writing on a micro level, just needs to work on the macro.

decent basic story

I’m being generous giving three stars, I don’t know how it has all these five star reviews. I should know better than to blindly trust a recommendation on an instagram account. I finished the book because the world/magic system was sort of unique and interesting, but can’t say I recommend it. The FMC was whiney and self pitying and shows no character growth until the final three pages. I kept hoping one of the assassination attempts on her would succeed. It’s a quick read, not the worst, but there are better books out there.

So I am one of the ARC Readers for this one. My first time ever so I hope I’m doing this right. I read this book in two days. It’s something I knew I was capable of but it’s not something that happens often. Anyway, on to the review. I’ll admit that I wasn’t pulled in right away. It was good and the main character was likable enough. She was a princess unwilling to be queen who dreamed of the simple life she’d known as a child. Events transpired as they tend to do and she finds herself thrust into power much sooner than she ever imagined. Naturally she railed against it internally but she resined herself to her fate. Then came the trade mission her advisors sent her on and he came into play. A white-haired assassin with a smart mouth and a way of getting under her skin. The story blossomed upon the twining of this pair’s lives. The storyline has a steady pace and perfectly timed twists. The character interactions is fantastic and character developed is superb. Elma and Rune made me laugh out loud more than once. They left me wanting every moment of their interaction to last just one more page, just one more sentence. The world building is adequate and isn’t bogged down with too much description or massive amounts of information thrown about. It leaves the reader wiggle room to build the land of ice and snow in their own minds but gives them a strong foundation. It’s a fantastic read that will entrance you and leave you wrung out with emotion. That’s what it did to me at least. I wish wholeheartedly that I could read this book again for the first time. That hasn’t happen since ACOTAR and TOG. Seriously, give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

This started well but took a turn about halfway through, I’m so disappointed..it felt like there was zero relationship development, it just went from 0 to 100 within like one chapter and the ending was so rushed, it just felt a bit silly tbh.

I do enjoy this author but this book was just not for me..💫

Seductive, angsty, and romantic, The Frost Queen's Blade is a romantic fantasy that will pull at your heartstrings and make you wish the broody assassin was yours to keep. Smitherman weaves a tale of mysterious magic, tantalizing romance, and explores the woes of growing up and into your own power. This fast-paced novel is one readers don't want to miss.

DNFing this at 75% which PAINS me to do but I couldn’t take it anymore.

If I never read another insta-love again, it will be too fucking soon. They’re mortal enemies and then BAM they’re in love?? With no explanation? These authors do so much telling and not enough showing and it’s boring! BOO! Tomato tomato.

Not to mention the FMC was bossy and annoying. Was that just me? I couldn’t stand her.

Okay, so here's the thing. I think that Meg Smitherman is a pretty good writer on a line level(as others have said), but her plots seem to lack something. The beginning felt very rushed like she was so eager to get to the juicy bits of the book that everything important to developing Elma's personality and character was skipped over. I would've liked to read more about Elma's time in Mekya at The Orchard with her mothers. I would've liked to see what kind of person she was around them and how they treated her. Maybe she bonds with one mother by gardening(which would help make that whole 'you could plant a garden!' line make more sense) and then tries to continue it when she goes home to Frost by having her try to keep some plants in her room, but they always shrivel and die because her home is so harsh and unforgiving. Maybe another mom she bonds with by making pastries, but they can't get the ingredients out in Frost because they're starving due to the lack of trade between Navenie and Mekya, so she sits there and pines for those times when she would make certain treats. These would've been really good ways to both let us know more about Elma and her life before Frost and show us what kind of place Frost is.

I would've liked more scenes with her dad and Godwin too. Godwin's betrayal didn't really surprise me at all, nor did Cora's because hardly any time was spent showing the relationships with these people. They're all just background characters to move the plot along. I would've liked to see how life in Frost vs Mekya affects Elma and how it changes her into who she is now. Would've also liked to see more magic used in the beginning of the book. Apparently Rime Ice is only accessible to those with royal blood and only monarchs can use it, but since Elma has royal blood she could've maybe had like hints of magical moments throughout her childhood that would've hinted at her ability to use it. As it is, it just seems to come out of nowhere. Same with Godwin randomly getting the ability to use it. Why was he able to wield it so quickly and effortlessly when it took Elma forever? She was only able to conveniently use it at the last second.

I never really got a grasp of who Elma was as a person because we didn’t spend enough time getting to know her before she was suddenly thrust into queendom and making dumb af decisions like asking the dude who tried to murder her to be her bodyguard without knowing a thing about him aside from the fact that he’s a good fighter??? Like girl, where is the LOGIC. I’m noticing a trend in Meg Smitherman’s FMCs. First there’s Ru who thinks it’s a good idea to bring an eviscerating magic stone to a university full of her friends and colleagues so she can study it??? Now there’s this bitch.

Elma’s dad hosts these gladiator style Death Games(another thing that could’ve been fleshed out more, especially in the beginning. Maybe there could’ve been a chapter where Elma sees it for the first time and is both disgusted and entranced by the blood???) Elma seems to me like she can’t decide if she’s repulsed or aroused by blood. There are times where she seems horrified but then other times where she’s like YES LEMME MAKE EVERYONE BLEED. And I wish that had been expounded more on in the beginning as well. I couldn’t tell if the Volta bloodthirst was an actual thing or just that the family were known to be vicious but Elma seems like she can’t help herself. So maybe they’re cursed with bloodlust or something and we could’ve had Elma fighting it constantly but for whatever reason Rune brings it to the surface?? Idk.

I do like that this was part of the same universe as Destroyer but I’m curious where on the timeline it’s happening. Is it linear to Destroyer, years before, after, etc. I honestly don’t remember much about the world building in Destroyer but I do remember it seemed to be set in the Enlightenment Era and this is giving more medieval vibes? It would be cool to see a timeline of events(but that’s just a me thing).

It was fun seeing Lady Devereaux in here. >.< Always love finding my name in books. She’s a cheese-eating asshole, and honestly, same.

It feels like we missed all the development between Elma and Rune’s relationship. Like she was suddenly aroused by him and wanting to cut him up and fuck him at the same time between one chapter and the next.

I also feel like Rune is incredibly underdeveloped. Apparently he’s the prince of Slodava which is the enemy kingdom of Elma’s but he was the one who tried to kill her. So I’m wondering how he’s able to be away from his kingdom this long without any sort of alarm being raised. Is anyone wondering where he’s at? Why is he helping Elma at all? Why not kill her the second he finds an opening?

Overall there were things I liked about this but I wanted more out of it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I got an ARC and this is an honest review. This is my first time writing one of these so I hope it’s not terrible.

After an assassination attempt, Elma sees an opportunity to enter a mutually beneficial partnership with the assassin for him to become her bodyguard.

Elma is basically living life on autopilot imprisoned in the expectations of her birth. I liked her character growth. The writing did a good job of really making me feel her depression/apathy/bloodlust (I wasn’t sure what to expect after this TW but it wasn’t bad or over the top).
Rune had the best insults and such a fun back and forth with her. Love a simp tho.
Villains were pretty predictable if I’m honest.
Plot fine overall. Easy names. No areas where I wanted to scream at them to communicate or stop fighting. The whole thing takes place over like a month and it felt like everything happened too fast until I thought about the timeline so that makes sense. Not a very happy book overall. Not a complaint just an observation.
Really, really liked the banter. Like holy shit did I love the banter. The romance was really good too. The writing was done well I could feel the yearning in my chest yknow.

I think these two quotes can sum up the banter, which I loved, pretty well:

““One more joke,” said Elma, “and I’ll have an addendum put in your contract – no sarcastic remarks, on pain of death.” “Don’t be silly,” said Rune, rising from his chair, “you adore my japes. One day you’ll outright laugh at something I say, and hate yourself for it.” His eyes shone.
“I can’t wait.””

“We don’t just swing Rime Ice around like a dick in the hand.”

4/5 stars. I’d definitely recommend.

oh she’s a new favorite 👀

Okay you guys, I am still utterly OBSESSED with this and I finished it over a week and a half ago. I started it on a plane, thinking I’d just get a few chapters in because I wasn’t able to sleep the night before. I instead read 87%, thought about it while I ran errands with my family and HAD to finish it before I took a nap even though I was on two hours of sleep. The plot, the politics, the romance, the character development, RUNE, everything was amazing. This is a TRUE enemies to lovers, hate to love, allies of convenience, bodyguard romance and everyone who reads it will eat. it. up.

Speaking of obsessed, I am 10000% obsessed with Rune. I don’t know how to describe how much I am attracted to this man. He tried to kill Elma several times and I giggled out loud on a FULL PLANE because I couldn’t contain myself. He is a snarky, feral, morally gray drama queen who is only soft for his girl and he is forever a top book boyfriend. SPRINT TO READ THIS BOOK WHEN IT RELEASES IN EARLY FEB because I know I will happily read it again when I get a physical copy.

Thank you to the author for BLESSING ME WITH THIS ARC

ARC Review ❄️ ☆☆☆☆ / 5

The Frost Queens Blade | Meg Smitherman

Releasing 02/06/2024

I’d first like to thank the author @megsmitherman for the chance to read this ARC and give my honest feedback! 🗡️

I was immediately drawn into the story from the first few pages alone! Meg has such a way with her descriptive words, she was able to flawlessly paint the picture in my head throughout the entire read!
My reason this isn’t 5 stars for me has nothing to do with the writing itself, but more so because I need MORE, I wish it wasn’t over 😭 It felt as though this should have been the first book in a 3-5 book series, almost as if their story was just getting started. It was such an unexpected twist to read a story where the FMC takes on the dominant role, it definitely took me by surprise! I’m SUCH a fan of enemies to lovers, and the enemy being her almost assassin was just *chefs kiss* 😚👌🏼
I do wish I could’ve seen more of the world other than the frozen terrain and palace the story took place in, but that’s just me being greedy. I love her detailed and lively choice of words so much, if she built 100 different worlds I would read about them all!

Overall I think this was the perfect winter read, and was a refreshing twist on the enemies to lovers trope! I wish I could see more of Elma and Rune, but I’m thankful I got to know them as much as I did! If you’re looking for an exciting read with lots of plot twists this winter, the Frost Queens Blade is for you!

A book to melt any heart of ice ❄️ One of those books that keeps you invested from the prologue, and you know then it would find a way to your heart and mind.

This is a standalone novel, part one in a romantasy duology. The plot follows Elma on her way to becoming a queen, through many trials and tribulations. Number one, an assassin. But, not just any assassin, as you will see.

In this book we have an FMC who is cold, lonely, even cruel at times and a witty, sarcastic MMC, not like many others in this type of genre.

I was so grateful to be chosen as one of the ARC readers for The Frost Queen's Blade as I have now found a new author whose work I truly enjoy.

It is an understatement to say that I had been closely following all content, posts and reels about Meg Smitherman newest novel, The Frost Queen’s Blade. It is one of two standalone novels in The Iceblood Duet, whose stories take place in the same world but are written by two different authors.

The Frost Queen's Blade promised a true enemies to lovers story between an intense and fierce young queen and the bloodthirsty and sharp witted enemy assassin sent to kill her. What could possibly go wrong in this scenario? Absolutely nothing!

In The Frost Queen's Blade, we meet Elma Volta, a young queen whose family has ruled over the frost covered land of Rothen with a firm grip of authority, a passion for violence and an unquenchable thirst for blood, particularly that of its most hated enemies to the north in Slodava. However, Elma has never wanted to rule and feels suffocated by the responsibility that being Rothen's sole heir entails. Soon enough, Elma finds herself thrust on to the very throne she has always despised and though her counselors and close family would have her continue ruling in the tradition of all Volta, Elma dares to wonder if there is a different path for her and her kingdom and if she could become a good queen worthy of her people.

However, Elma's reign is almost over before it begins when a Slodovan assassin nearly ends her life when he sneaks past her guards and into her carriage. In that moment staring into the ice blue eyes of death itself, Elma shows no fear and meets the assassin's verbal barbs with her own fire and his physical blows with her own. From almost the first instant that they meet, these enemies recognize a counterpoint in each other and a begrudging respect begins to bloom. We learn that the assassin's name is Rune and through a series of events, Elma makes the shocking decision to take Rune on as her bodyguard, a deal he is more than happy to enter.

Smitherman does an incredible job of giving us fantastic banter and sparring as Elma and Rune form a tenuous alliance that threatens to crumble under the pressure of decades of distrust between their nations. I absolutely loved how the tension builds between Rune and Elma and that despite the fact that they were born to be enemies, they have never been seen more clearly than they are with each other. Rune is delightfully morally grey and pushes Elma's buttons in delicious ways and he embraces all of who she is, even the darker and more violent parts that she tries so hard to hide. The way the tension between these two builds is masterfully done and definitely delivers for anyone who likes enemies to lovers.

Soon, Rune and Elma face dangers from both inside and outside her kingdom and Elma no loner knows who she can trust. As her life continues to be at risk, it seems that the safest place to be may be in the arms of the man who'd initially vowed to kill her. However, both Rune and Elma are keeping secrets and when these are revealed and betrayals come to light, will it shatter the bond that has grown between them? You will just need to read to find out.

This was the first book I read by Smitherman but it definitely won't be my last. She did a great job of crafting a story that had well paced action, complex and interesting characters and a world that had wonderful detail and just the right amount of magic. Rune and Elma were so much fun to get to know--they were so fierce, stabby and protective. If you can't tell, I was a big fan and wholeheartedly recommend giving this book a read!

I really wanted to like this book. The FMC was okay. The author certainly has potential - there are some beautifully written quotes, comparison, and imagery in this book, but it sometimes felt overdone at points? While the writing felt on the more amateur side (which is reasonable, given I think it’s only her 2nd book?), it wasn’t necessarily -bad-. I think that as she continues to write & grow, we can expect to see some great work from this author. This just isn’t quite there yet.

Smut is not her strong suit, but I get that it’s her first book with smut in it. I was bored.

The plot was predictable. I guessed who Rune was at 19% of the way through the book, and knew that Cora would betray her. The advisors were very obviously red herrings.

I enjoyed the little bits of worldbuilding, and I think I would’ve liked to see more! Especially interested in the world’s religion(s). The author touched on them, but didn’t go super in-depth.

I feel like this book should’ve been a quick read, but I didn’t find it to be engaging. There wasn’t a character I was particularly fond of.

The biggest sin (and this could be a personal pet peeve of mine) was the repetition!! So much of the diction/vocab was repetitive and was incredibly distracting. The worst of all was her overabundant use of the phrase “a ___ thing” (ie, “a silly thing” or “a dying thing”. Could you seriously not think of a better, more descriptive word than “thing”??? Reminds me of Alex Aster calling the sun “a yolky thing” - and that’s not a compliment. I think I highlighted every instance of this, and it bugged me every time I saw it. PLEASE STOP

Anyways, I was very excited by the premise (and the initial meeting between the two MCs was intriguing), but this book was ultimately a letdown. I will, however, still read her other book! I’m optimistic!

This is the first ever stand alone I have read and I was curious how it would compare to a series, and BOY did Meg deliver!!! The banter was incredible and had me giggling and kicking my feet. I loved seeing a FMC who was the sarcastic brooding one for once. The spicy scenes were super well written and in my opinion were the perfect level of explicit but poetic. The world building was excellent without feeling overwhelming and the pacing was great. While I am in love with the characters and desperately want more of them, the story felt like it came to a natural conclusion.

Absolutely read this book if you like:

This was honestly the 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 winter romantasy book! Elma Volta, our badass, morally gray, and rather broody/grumpy (and incredibly lonely) FMC, is thrust into being queen of a frozen kingdom before she is ready, and has an assassination attempt to her life almost immediately. This attempt on her life was by our white haired hero, Rune, who is from a neighboring kingdom that they are always nearly at war with over a mysterious substance. After the attempt on Elma’s life, you can expect to get a WHOLE lot of high stakes, slow burn, steamy goodness and the CHEMISTRY between Elma and Rune.. ᔕᕼᗴᗴᔕᕼ 😮‍💨🥵 and all of this takes place in the midst of a lot of political ᗪᖇᗩᗰᗩ wherein Elma doesn’t know who to trust and the only person she begins to trust is her assassin turned bodyguard 👀

Now this is how you write a standalone fantasy romance, WOW! I highly recommend The Frost Queen’s Blade if you are looking for a fast paced romantasy that will keep you on your toes and have you invested from the very first page.

The Frost Queen’s Blade is literally THE PERFECT STANDALONE. I don’t know how Meg fit everything into 350 pages but I loved it and it’s the absolute perfect length! This felt like 3 books in 1 with the amount of plot and character development that was squeezed into a less than 400 page book. I’m in awe! It’s SO easy to get into and the writing is excellent.

The world building was just right for a standalone. It wasn’t too intense but had the perfect amount to contribute to the story. The enemy kingdoms have been on the verge of war for generations, and when an assassin comes to kill Elma, she makes him her bodyguard instead. Which also makes for some delicious forced proximity!

Elma is trapped because she is the only heir to a frozen, ruthless kingdom that has Death Games. She doesn’t want to be Queen but has to be. She was raised by a brutal king who wanted her to be just as vicious, but she wants to be the change the kingdom needs to find peace and thrive. I loved seeing her flourish and grow into her role as Queen and figuring out when to be ruthless and when to be compassionate towards her people. She has to deal with the political beliefs of meddling old men and I admired her patience because I wouldn’t have been able to deal with them lol. My heart ached for Elma and how she just wanted love and a family but continually found herself alone.

Rune is sarcastic and I loved his humor. I loveeee how he teases Elma and brings out the true her. He’s a total simp for her and they had some of the best banter. He is a man of many secrets and his mysteriousness was super intriguing. I had so many highlights on my kindle while reading. The spiceeee served holy crap.

WOW. While I’m satisfied with this being a standalone, I almost wish it was a series because I want more of Elma and Rune!

Things to expect
- Brutal cold hearted Queen
- Assassin morally grey MmC
- Court intrigue
- Political intrigue
- Bodyguard x queen
- Allllll the banter and tension
- He’s a simp for her
- Touch HIM and you die. I love it when this trope is reversed
- Spice: 2/5
- blood play

I was an ARC reader for this novel and I was very pleased with the novel. So much so I tried to savor every last word. This was the first book I did some small annotations.
I would like to start by saying I have never read slow burn romance done as well as this author writes slow burn romance. The story of Elma’s raise to Queen is gut twisting. Rune’s development from assassin to lover is very well done and truly shows amazing compassion, and if you haven’t figured it out I now have my first book boyfriend. It’s weird, but I’m glad it’s him.
As the verge of war teeters ever closer, Elma works through her want to be the blood thirsty Volta (her family name) she was born to be or the compassionate leader she strives to be.
With the help of Rune she is able to take the crown that is rightfully hers through compassion and bloodshed.
I was fully in awe of every character and the more who crossed the main characters felt like a gut punch to myself because though I am no Queen, I think we can all understand the feeling of being so lonely you can trust no one but yourself and how hard that is mentally and in Elma’s case physically as well.
This was at time both the most cozy thing I had to cling to in the last month and also the most traumatic.
This has been on of my first dark fantasy romances and I can say I it won’t be my last. I was in tears the last 10% of the book and holding my breath through a lot of it but the description of cozy fires and beds and velvets and furs set me at such a comfort in the cold city living. Great winter read and if you have never thought about blood play as a turn on I recommend this novel. Completely change my thought of it for the better.
Overall, Meg Smitherson has written another amazing work and I look forward to all she writes in the future. I only first read her debut work in August and now all I want is another of the novels to sooth me into an emotional whirlwind with death and love. I loved this book and would recommend to any who enjoy dark fantasy and slow burn romance with enemy to lovers vibes.

When I tell you that I ate this book up SO fast, I genuinely mean it. I loved Elmas character devolpment and how she slowly realized that only she could decide between right and wrong and what kind of leader to be. She went toe to toe with the grumpy murderous men on her council even when she knew they were trying to be rid of her. I loved her confidence and personality!
And RUNE. That man had me questioning whether or not I trusted him or liked him for like 70% of the book, but I will say I loved the witty romantic vibes between him and Elma, oh it was delicious.
I had a small inkling toward the end of who the traitor was, and I was right! I loved this story so much, and the relationship that was built.

If you’ll excuse me I need to read literally everything else that Meg has wrote!!

I am SO glad I was able to get this ARC but I am SO sad it’s over.

No secret here that enemies to lovers is my favorite trope. I have had an issue this year with a lot of the books I’ve read..rushing through the enemies part. It was so refreshing to read an enemies to lovers that took its time..really let the slow burn, burn SLOWLY..and allowed the journey from hate to love to be believable. The banter is fucking brilliant and I think Rune is my favorite MMC character of the year. I was feral over all his commentary and little quips. Like I said, the banter was bantering guys. Elma, our FMC is so raw and messy in her emotions. I was drawn to her inner battle of duty vs happiness. And let me again say..the banter in this story is everything!
.
This story manages to balance the elements of romance, world building and politics perfectly and in a way that is easily digestible but with enough detail to fully transport you into the pages. And the spice…was so damn hot and I appreciated that it stood on its own without taking away from plot/character development. When I tell you it’s hot…the burn was burning in the most delicious slow way and it made it that much more gratifying. And I may or may not have developed a knife kink 👀
.
This is part of a duet of two standalone enemies to lovers fantasy books - so you get to leave this book and these characters with a full conclusion, which was just what I needed.
.
You can preorder now!! I’ll be ordering my physical copy on release day - 2/6!!

The vibes? Immaculate. The world and the characters? Iconic. If you know me, you know I love a snarky assassin. The writing? Lovely. My only issue with this book was the pacing. I just wanted more of this story and it felt super rushed to me. If this world and the character’s backstories were built out more this would’ve been a new all-time favorite romantasy read of mine.

I loved this! I wish the ending was a bit more fleshed out since it felt very rushed, but overall this was so much fun and I wish we had 5 more books of Elma & Rune being filthy cutie pies

I had the pleasure of receiving an ARC for this book and sending every theory and reaction I had to the author as I read it. Below is a spoiler-free review for those considering picking up a copy.

I found reading this book to be entertaining and, in a way, comforting. The banter between the FMC and MMC never failed to make me smile, and enough little hints were dropped that major story revelations left me with a sense of "that makes sense" and accomplishment, rather than coming out of left field. There were some characters and spans of time that I initially wished were expanded upon more, but upon further consideration I decided that Smitherman had struck a reasonable balance in giving the readers what they need to know without going off on unnecessary tangents. The same goes for use of darker kinks and magic: it is just enough without overpowering the story.

There is a very good chance that I will reread this one later. It was satisfying and comforting, which is just what I needed.

This book completely gut me
It is written in the most beautiful way. You feel connected to the characters in every single sense. I was not able to catch a breath because the author has an unique way to keep your attention.
This story has what I love the most in a book: strong female characters, a true love story, magic and royal conspiracy. I was instantly hooked by the plotting against everyone, the queen struggles as she takes her role, all the lies and plot twists and of course by the love story.
The final pages got me crying (and almost throwing my kindle).
I fell in love with Elma once again and she will always have a place in my heart. I wanna thank the author for once again writing characters that touch my soul in such a beautiful way.
