Jack Johnson has been granted a granted a five-year order of protection 'against a female fan' after she kept 'popping up' at his hotel and shows.
The Upside Down and Better Together singer, 47, is reported to have testified at a hearing in Los Angeles on Thursday 15 December after getting temporary protection from her back in October.
After 'hounding him for years', she was said to have been trying to get close to him and on one occasion, in Houston, Texas on August 26, she got 'in his face' - police were called who went on to detain her, TMZ reports.

The new order put in place by the judge means that the anonymous woman has to have no contact with Jack, his wife of 22 years Kim Baker, and their son, who is 16.
Legal documents obtained by the publication state that a bandmate saw the situation unfold.
The 47-year-old American singer had a show in Houston that night - and he reportedly claims that the alleged stalker will buy VIP package tickets to help herself get closer to him.
TMZ also added that the woman allegedly emails him, his management team, and will claim she has 'been the victim of a long-term financial scheme' which has left her losing out on 'millions of dollars'.

Soft rock singer Jack came to the limelight after his debut album Brushfire Fairytales achieved success in the charts.
Born in Hawaii, Jack shares three children with his college sweetheart wife Kim, two boys and a girl.
They are a very private couple who decline on revealing any information about their family life.
Jack has most recently been promoting his shows set to go ahead in the US early next year.

Earlier this month, Jack was in Sydney where he performed at the Sydney Opera House to thousands of fans.
In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, Jack revealed he met Kim when he was just 18 - and the pair tied the knot in 2000.
'My wife, Kim, and I have been together since we were teenagers,' he said. 'We met at the University of California in Santa Barbara. I was 18, she was 17. She is the first love of my life and the only long-term relationship I have had.
'Kim and I are best friends and still find each other interesting. We have shared dreams and ambitions and, between us, always figure out what’s possible.
'We lived in California for eight years before moving back to Hawaii after college. She worked as a high school teacher and now runs Kokua Learning Farm. Our goal is for elementary kids to come on field trips to our eight-acre [three- hectare] farm with its outdoor classroom.'
