Hard to top Gigi Hadid’s massive Versace puffer on the 2022 Met Gala red carpet, but she delivered an equally impressive look for this year’s theme honoring late Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld. Gigi showed up wearing a custom Givenchy sheer black gown with long wavy blonde hair and LAGOS jewelry:

Gigi wore Prada during the 2021 Met Gala and paired her look with burgundy hair. The appearance came about a year after Gigi welcomed her first child, and as she put it, “She’s 1 next week and I feel like I’ve been on mama duty, I’ve been at the farm with her every day in my sweatpants and our matching messy buns. I feel like tonight I’m showing her what it means to dress up and own it and have balance.”
