Inés Anguiano

Test Kitchen Coordinator

Inés Anguiano is the test kitchen coordinator at Bon Appétit, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Test Kitchen. She was born in Milwaukee, WI, but has spent most of her life growing up in the city that keeps her inspired, curious and well-fed: Brooklyn. For the better half of a decade she’s committed herself to a life of all things food, whether that be graduating from ICC, working the line, working as a sous chef in the Catskills, or simply cooking a big pot of greens for her family. Inés firmly believes that cooks are some of our most impactful storytellers and strives to honor those before her, as well as to come, with her work.
