Pretty good for my first try
Overall this is a cool product. I feel that it has paid for itself already. I will say it can get a little messy, but I will get better with time. It took me about 2 hours from start to finish. I did have to redo a couple of times. I wish the instructions told you have much product to use, but after the first couple of nails I think I got it. The kit comes with everything you need. Make sure the extended portion of your nails are a little thicker, if not, it will break. The only down side is the excess product on the underside of the nail. If I didn’t already have a drill, then that part would have been difficult to remove. If you don’t have one I suggest you get one, but over all I would recommend. I will be buying more colors and different nail shapes.

The minute I got it I was sooo excited to use it and I got Straight to work. I honestly feel like if you have the patience and a steady hand then go for it. I do love that this kit does come with a lot of supplies to help the process. I also love that they give you so many filing tops cause it really does help A LOT. I am surprised that it's really easy to do. I was expecting it to be more difficult but by the 2nd one you get the hang of it.i really so recommend getting this kit. And the amount of colors that are available is excellent as well. I payed less then $35-37 dollars for this and I saved myself $80 plus tip. I'm not mad at all.

I bought this product to do a simple overlay onto my natural nails. I do have a little experience with nail tools from cosmetology but I never did nails as a profession. The product instructions are clear everything comes labeled. The UV lamp is small but powerful. I found that the nail forms were a bit difficult to use so I just free handed it. I did have to do a lot of filing and buffing but it was all worth it in the end. Would definitely recommend and so much cheaper than the nail salons. Also non of the harsh chemical smells that come when using acrylics.

I love this! It was a little hard at first but for my first time I think I did great! I purchased this because I wanted to try not spending $60 a month at the nail salon. For the price of this kit it is perfect for beginners. It comes with so many different colors and a good amount of products so will last you for a while and save so much money. I did also buy an electric nail drill and it helped a lot with the smoothing and around the cuticle etc. but even without that I could have made these nails look good it comes with all the tools you need, I highly recommend this product!

I can’t even paint my nails properly but with a separately purchased electric filing gizmo managed to give myself a $120 manicure for pennies.
I like to keep my nails short (even shorter than in the pics) but like when they’re fancy and not breaking. This set worked out perfectly to build a layer directly on the nail (I didn’t use the included forms).
Takes some practice to get consistent in the application but I managed to even do my right hand with decent results.
And now I have an LED light to set other gel polishes!

The one downside for myself personally is that the forms are too curved width wise. they don't lay flat on my nails when I try any of them on in any size because my nails are more flat than round width wise. Because of this I found it difficult to keep the mold in place while trying to fix the underside and curing them. I had to press a lot harder than your supposed to also because the mold would just lift off my nail no matter what I did. I will be purchasing other types of nail forms that better suit my nails. but agian, this is a personal issue as no one's nails are the same. Overall I recommend this product especially for the price.
