I got this card so I could use a couple of old DVD drives I had laying around with ATA interfaces, since the system's motherboard only had SATA connectors. My Ubuntu Linux system recognized the chip on it right away and the drives work fine. The description seems to state there is a driver disk included, but there was none so I can't say if it would work with Windows 10 or 11. However it was plug and play on my system...minus 1 star for not including a driver disk and a poor description.
