Biography

2014:  Had a brilliant debut season for the Seawolves, tying the school record for winning percentage (.870) with a 20-3 overall record...earned First Team All-PacWest honors...played all but one of her singles matches at No. 2 spot...her 20 wins are tied for the second-most for a single-season in school history...also went 14-10 in doubles action, primarily at the No. 2 position with Lauren Ha...won 15 of her first 16 singles matches, including 14 in a row...went 2-1 at the PacWest Championship...named to PacWest All-Academic Team.

A June 2009 graduate of Centro de Formacion Somorrostro in Muskiz, Spain...came to SSU because of the tennis program and the surrounding area of the school... Rafael Nadal is her favorite athlete... pasta and pizza are her favorite foods... when she's not playing a point she doesn't like stepping on the lines on the court...first name is pronounced "Lay-day".
