O que é exploração mineira

A exploração mineira é o processo de extrair minerais valiosos, como ouro, prata, cobre, ferro e outros
metais, bem como minerais não-metálicos, como carvão, sal, rocha e argila, da crosta terrestre. Isso
geralmente envolve a pesquisa, a avaliação e a extração de jazidas minerais.
