Needs a 26mb update everyday and frequent reinstalls. Unreliable, poor interface. Clearly not ready for release. Unfortunately, my workplace makes me use it. Edit: 1 year on, it's just good enough to have 1 star (I'd have said zero stars before). Still needs frequent updates to function. Stops to do a sync while I'm trying to work, and loses call data (about 1 a month). Still no support for Samsung Tab A WiFi. Not possible to book a new call offer while I'm in another call.

This app is not ready or fit for purpose. Constantly updating, losing data already inputed. When it does work it is not very user friendly it requires you to answer the questions in order which, is not in the order in which you work. It therefore takes longer to complete the jobs.

Awful app requires WiFi to update everytime unfortunately it is used by companies so I have no choice but if you get a choice do not use this rubbish app. Bugs have been sorted and app runs smoothly now so a credit to celero they have taken notice and repaired the glitches.
