Yes, it is easy if you have a working Chrome extension Manifest V3 that can be used in Safari VisionOS.

I understand your frustration about Safari; Safari is a special platform (need of developer certificate, Apple Store subscription, etc). It is mostly the Apple Store that is very restricted. I also prefer simplicity in development, so Google Chrome is the best platform to publish my browser extension online.
