The time of release is 6:00 PM, according to the Japanese Standard Time (JST), and according to the Pacific Standard Time (PST), it will be released at 9:30 AM on Crunchyroll.
The Central Standard Time (CST) and the Eastern Standard Time (EST) will have episode 3 released at 11:30 AM and 12:30 AM, respectively. Outside of Japan, fans can stream Solo Leveling Episode 3 on Crunchyroll.

Recap of Solo Leveling Episode 2
Solo Leveling Episode 2 saw Sung Jin-Woo and the other hunters get trapped inside the Cartenon Temple while the massive soldier statues were trying to kill them. Jin-Woo had read the three Commandments – Worship, Praise, and Belief, and guided the other hunters to bow their heads in front of the largest statue in the dungeon. It was referred to as the God Statue. Seeing them bow down, the statue smiled. Few hunters thought they were safe and continued bowing but were crushed to death by the soldier statues.
After struggling for some time and losing one of his legs, Sung Jin-Woo managed to fulfill the second phase of the Commandment. Then an altar appeared, and Jin-Woo decided to sacrifice himself and save his colleagues. He was battered down and covered with blood. He wished to live more and despised how he was about to die alone. Suddenly, the System appeared in front of him, giving him the choice to become stronger or else his heart would stop in 0.02 seconds.

What Will Happen In Solo Leveling Episode 3?
Solo Leveling episode 3 will feature Sung Jin-Woo choosing the task of becoming stronger and finding himself in a hospital. He will now have access to the System and needs to do a set of tasks each day. Sung Jin-Woo will have gained the most extraordinary power in the world, which is to level up after completing the set of tasks. The first couple of episodes were the prologue, and the main story begins from the episode.
