Grade 2 MCL sprain.
Everything else looks pristine.
Couple weeks of rest/recovery.
Sunday update: Watt has a torn MCL or a grade 3 sprain in his knee, per Ian Rapoport. This is usually a multi-week injury, so it looks like he would miss next week’s game if the Steelers were able to sneak into the playoffs.
Update: Watt has suffered a sprained MCL, per Adam Schefter. Watt apparently wanted to go back in, but the team wouldn’t allow it. The Steelers can get into the playoffs with a Dolphins OR Titans win on Sunday. If that happens, we’ll hear plenty about his ability to play in the first round of the playoffs going into next weekend.
Update: Watt has been ruled out for the rest of the game with a knee injury.
