For first-time home buyers, es-fwcially, I dont think the value of itying in with a good real estate broker can be overstated one yho is patient, understanding, 'and willing to work with you, instead of, apparently, on his own terms. -Sure, in a purely legal and technical sense, the broker is representing the seller, but no broker ir going to last very long in this business who doesn't throw himself just as enthusiastically into the buyer's corner. 'f i think that a large part of the firet-time home buyer's apprehension is due to his going into the process You -know what they always say about Confronting a wild animal in the -lush: "Don't worry about it! He's more afraid of you than you are of him!" vThe home buyer should cer- ment and how much you can afford in monthly payments.

If you're unsure, the broker all your financial data and let him tell you how much house you can afford. If you need financial help such as finding a house where the seller will "carry back" a part of the financing the broker can help here, too. Dont let sellers or brokers cow you. You are what makes the whole process work you're a buyer so go into the search knowing, and acting the part of, this indispensable element David W.
